Annapurna area is home to over 440 species of birds and animals like the marten deer, Langur (monkey) and the elusive snow leopard.
This area has sub-tropical lowlands, valleys, forests of bamboo, oak and rhododendron, alpine meadows, windswept desert plateaus and the towering Annapurna Mountains.
This area has the world's deepest river gorge, Kali Gandaki, lying some 6900 metres (22,563 ft.) that lies below Annapurna I , world's eighth highest mountain) and the Fishtail mountain.

The Annapurna Base Camp Trek, also known as the Annapurna Sanctuary Trek, is a truly awe-inspiring journey that takes you to the heart of the Annapurna Massif, reaching the base camp of Annapurna South through the Modi Khola (River) Valley. Surrounded by eight towering Himalayan peaks, all over 7,000 meters, Annapurna Base Camp sits in a spectacular natural amphitheater, offering a stunning 360-degree view of the majestic mountains.

As you ascend, the trek unfolds a variety of landscapes, from subtropical forests to alpine meadows, and the elevation gain culminates in the serene Annapurna Sanctuary. Here, you can witness the grandeur of Himalayan glaciers in their full splendor.

The Annapurna Region, located in central Nepal, is one of the most geographically and culturally diverse areas for trekking. Along the trail, you'll encounter a rich tapestry of cultures, including Brahmins, Chettris, Newars, Gurungs, Magars, Manangis, and Tibetans, each with their own distinct traditions, languages, and ways of life. This cultural diversity, combined with the spectacular natural beauty, makes the Annapurna Base Camp Trek a truly unforgettable experience.

Annapurna Base Camp Trek Itinerary

Our representatives will greet you and take you to the hotel when you arrive at the International Airport in Kathmandu.

You may wish to buy some trekking gear such as hats, t-shirts, walking sticks, trekking bags etc. which are easily found near your hotel.

In the evening, we will gather for a warm welcome dinner, graciously hosted by our company, where we will indulge in delightful conversation and exquisite flavors.

International Airfare and taxes
Compulsory Travel Insurance with rescue and emergency evacuation
Nepal Entry visa (Visa is obtained in Nepal Airport immigration on arrival. USD 25 per visa for 15 days, USD 40 per visa for 30 days and USD 100 per visa for 90 days. All the visas are multiple entry visas. Please carry 02 passport sized photographs
Lunch and dinner in Kathmandu & Pokhara
All items of personal nature like telephone bills, laundry, drink etc.
Items such as hot water for shower/drinking; Mobile phone and camera charging etc will be extra during trek.
Tipping to guide and driver
