Trip Overview

The lovely village of Ghandruk, nestled near Pokhara in Nepal's Annapurna region, is the starting point for a stunning short trek. The Ghandruk Trek offers some of the most breathtaking views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges, making it a memorable experience for any traveler.

This trek provides an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in Nepalese rural culture and customs, allowing you to experience the vibrant local life. The journey begins with a scenic, hour-long drive from Pokhara to Phedi, where the hike officially starts. As we make our way along the trail, we’ll pass through fertile farmland, lush rhododendron forests, and quaint villages, giving you a real taste of the region’s natural beauty.

Ghandruk, a charming village, is renowned for its picturesque views and its friendly atmosphere. It's a popular destination in the area due to its ease of exploration and the captivating views of the surrounding Himalayas. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to explore traditional villages, interact with locals, and witness the serene mountain landscape that makes this trek so special.


 

Itinerary

Our representatives will greet you and take you to the hotel when you arrive at the International Airport in Kathmandu.

You may wish to buy some trekking gear such as hats, t-shirts, walking sticks, trekking bags etc. which are easily found near your hotel.

In the evening, we will gather for a warm welcome dinner, graciously hosted by our company, where we will indulge in delightful conversation and exquisite flavors.

  • Lunch and dinner in Kathmandu & Pokhara

  • All items of personal nature like telephone calls, laundry, drink etc.

  • Items such as hot water for shower/drinking; Mobile phone and camera charging etc will be extra during trek which can be paid to the tea house/lodge owner directly.
